Dreamfinder arrived aboard his flying machine with an empty bag and an apparently limitless appetite for ideas. One spark of inspiration produced Figment; the two spent the rest of the journey demonstrating what imagination could do with art, literature, theater, science, and everything they collected along the way.

Opened in 1983, the original journey disappeared in 1998. The pavilion has been reinventing itself ever since.
